Soon to be seven years in this community. Make your guesses if we like the place. The location was and remains the key - it takes us less time to reach Research Triangle than for colleagues who live in Morrisville which formally is much closer. Not to mention that it is much less nerve breaking. Convenient access to Durham and Chapel Hill. Bus station to UNC is right across the street, no issues with parking if going there. That's business side. Chapel Hill High School is our school. Recently transformed and upgraded. Carolina North Forest is our place. BTW, do not forget the swimming pool at Homestead - it is our pool.

Great location with several different style units that fit any need. Parking is plentiful. Nice patio space for sitting and grilling. Community activities are offered and include many options. There is a need for outdoor water facilities or a car wash station. Conveniently located near MLK Dr. and I-40. Short travel to INC-CH by car or public transportation.

We really really love Chapel Watch! After selling our home in Chicago where we had lived for 30 years, it was an easy transition to this great community. The buildings are designed well and pretty, it's lovely to walk around and very dog friendly, and the residents are nice.

I’ve loved living here the past three years. It’s quiet, the amenities are great, the neighbors are nice, and the staff is very friendly! I highly recommend moving here!

Have lived here for 3 years now, and the neighborhood and location are lovely. I walk down the nature trail daily and love all the dogs that live here.

Friendly, quiet community, with well-maintained sidewalks and areas for walking and enjoying the outdoors. Mulched dog park is a great place to wear out the dog! Highly recommended townhome community!

Great place to live Amenities are great well maintained and we have been happy here for 5.5 years. It feels safe and everyone is friendly They host weekly events which are always fun and we are happy with the townhouse itself
